At JACK&JONES, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. Simply return your products in their original packaging with the tags attached for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping bag or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
